OCIC Youth Policy Makers Hub presents to you “Blueprint for Change”, a workshop exploring how you can be an effective advocate!
Equitable policies are made possible by the courage of everyday people who advocate for better solutions. Through our workshop, you will learn how to:
1. Plan your advocacy goals;
2. Learn about the official you want to advocate to;
3. Align your advocacy to the official’s interests;
4. Deliver a persuasive call to action to drive your advocacy forward; and
5. Take captivating photos to complement your advocacy.
This workshop is hosted by four of our Youth Policy-Makers Hub members Devon Jarovi, Branavi Raveendran, Lian Marie Sayno and Dael Vasquez, with support from Sagarika Bose. Join them to tap into your advocacy skills!
