In partnership with the Munk School of Global Affairs, University of Toronto, the Canadian Red Cross will be hosting an International Humanitarian Law Conference titled “Order in Chaos: The Evolution of Law Governing Armed Conflict”. Through panel discussions, the conference will explore the evolution of laws regulating armed conflict with a focus on tribunals and International Human Rights Law and will bring together experts in the field including academics, practitioners and representatives from the Red Cross/ Red Crescent Movement.
