Join Amnesty International Toronto Organization (AITO) for our upcoming Regional Meeting on Saturday, June 15th. It’ll be an informative, energizing day with opportunities to learn more about human rights issues, take action, network and more!

Panel topics include solidarity and campaigning with land and water defenders in Latin America, Indigenous rights issues, and media bias and consequences for human rights.  Our keynote speaker is Julius Lindsay, Director of Sustainable Communities from the David Suzuki Foundation.

We’ll also have a commemorative tree ceremony at Sherwood Park (a bus is being provided for those that are interested in attending the ceremony).
