Brief Description:
The Donor Services Representative will provide support to the Donor Relations team in
various tasks such as donor dialogue, solving donor and volunteer queries, data enrichment and
integrity; reconciliation and verification of data; data entry working with the Raiser’s Edge (RE)
system.
This is a full time position which requires excellent communication and customer service skills,
well developed attention to detail, organizational skills, dedication, focus, and responsible time
management.
