Funded by the Government of Canada through the Canada Summer Jobs Programs, comdu.it is hiring Summer Interns:
Location: Toronto, Canada (Remote)
Length of term: 6 Months
Language Requirement: English
Compensation: $14.25/hourly

• Be between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment
• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred
• Be legally entitled to work in Canada according to relevant provincial/territorial legislation and Regulations.
Hiring position: Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the organization's digital communication in support of our programs, advocacy, and development initiatives;
- Prepare content, support email marketing, website, campaign reporting and ongoing optimization, and execution of our digital marketing strategy,
- Create and edit engaging and innovative social media content;
- Provide data and analysis to help the development, assessment, and execution of campaigns,
- Drive engagement multiple tools and platforms including google analytics, twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook;
- Engage in brand related online conservations across all social channels boosting engagement.
What we’re looking for in you:
- Bachelor's degree, or relevant certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role interfaces with many internal and external partners and should be a champion for clarity and process.
- Familiarity with Hootsuite and all major social media platforms.
- Skilled knowledge of analytical tools (Excel, Google Analytics) and design programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or is capable of quickly picking up relevant skills.
- Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to prioritize, manage and meet multiple deadlines.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently; ability to organize resources and establish priorities.
- Results driven, energetic, resourceful and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
