As the Gender Advisor with Youth Social Advocacy Team (YSAT), you will support the development of an organizational gender policy, encourage gender mainstreaming in all programs and services and integrate gender-specific indicators into monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
In this role, you will improve YSAT’s knowledge and understanding of gender equality and increase the practice of integrating gender equality into the organization’s programming, resource mobilization, communications, and impact measurement.
