Role of the volunteer
Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the fight against social inequalities? Here is a unique opportunity for you! The Cameroon Country Office is looking for the ideal candidate who will help young Cameroonian women who have dropped out of the formal education system to build a better future by providing them with training on how to run their own business.

The advisor will, in a participatory manner and under the coordination of the BNP and the target partner organizations, develop standard training in entrepreneurship, provide mentoring and provide technical support to entrepreneurs.

The volunteer will have to carry out the following activities:
State of play on the knowledge/skills of the target.
Participatory development of a training module in business process, quality and standards.
Target training.
Mentoring activities.

Essential academic skills:
University degree in one of the following disciplines: • Management, • International development, • Finance or accounting

Experience / Essential Professional Skills:
For this position, at least 3 years of relevant work experience is essential in the following positions:• Project manager• Entrepreneur,• International marketing analyst• Consultant in entrepreneurship, start-up

Cuso International's terms and conditions allow you to lead a modest and healthy lifestyle while being effective in your assignment. Cuso International support helps cover a volunteer's basic living expenses but is not intended to cover home expenses (e.g. mortgage, student loans, school fees, etc.) luxury items including importing goods from elsewhere, international personal travel, etc.

Take an oral assessment during your preliminary telephone interview in the language required for your internship

Fund raising

We ask each volunteer, regardless of the length of the assignment, to raise $2,000. All volunteers will have the support of Cuso International to achieve this goal. If a volunteer chooses not to fundraise or is unable to meet the fundraising goal, they will be able to make a one-time donation or become a monthly donor to support our work.
