Brief Description:
2-year opportunity in different areas of Honduras working with different partners of World Renew. The volunteer will contribute to the development and accomplishment of activities and goals within the PREVENTIVE HEALTH PROGRAM which includes: the introduction and application of sustainable agricultural practices within the PHP such as family vegetable gardens, poultry breeding projects, and better children’s nutrition in the South of Honduras; coordinating and planning with women’s groups for the development of the program activities; and supporting the PHP by weighing children and supporting with health and hygiene orientations.
