This fall, Canadian Jesuit’s International (CJI) will travel to Winnipeg, Ottawa, Guelph and Toronto to raise awareness on the connection between human rights abuses perpetuated by the extractive industry and the green energy transition.

Our Guest Speaker: 
Fr Jacques Nzumbu SJ is a Jesuit priest from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and a specialist in conflict minerals, supply chain due diligence and corporate social responsibility of mining companies. His expertise includes renewable energy, energy storage and transition technologies and their impact on human rights in the Global South.
