Event Details
Join OCIC on Tuesday, December 9 from 1:00pm – 2:30pm (ET) for a special Virtual Explore the Galleries Tour, curated in recognition of Human Rights Day, observed annually on December 10.
This live, 75-minute interactive tour is led by the team at Canadian Museum for Human Rights (https://humanrights.ca/) via Zoom. Together, we will explore powerful human rights stories from Canada and around the world, journey through the Museum’s remarkable architecture, and reflect on the global and local significance of human rights today.
Using a mobile live-video setup, the guide will walk you through key galleries, narrate stories, highlight exhibits, and engage the group in meaningful conversation. This tour offers a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and deepen your understanding of human rights in an accessible virtual format.
As spaces are limited, priority will be given to OCIC and Youth Policy-Makers Hub members. Additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist and notified if space becomes available.
