SUMMARY
This position is a full-time, fixed term (5 year) contract for World Renew’s project implemented in Bangladesh. This project aims to achieve the enhanced enjoyment of SRHR for vulnerable adolescent and youth girls (aged 10-24) in select communities in Dinajpur and Netrokona Districts, Bangladesh, by improving both the delivery and use of gender-responsive SRHR services for adolescent and youth girls. The project will be a comprehensive approach to advancing SRHR by going beyond health services to address the gendered inequalities, discriminatory social norms, and institutional structures that limit the access of SRH services for vulnerable adolescent and youth girls.

This role is a key player in the successful implementation of the project, including co-development of the implementation strategy, annual Workplan, oversight/monitoring project targets and deliverables, capturing project learning, risk register/mitigation logs, and project reports to funder stakeholders.

This position will be hired based on funding that has been approved yet pending its materialization.
