Role of the volunteer
As Advisor in project management and especially in monitoring and evaluation, you will support UFeC in the implementation of processes and tools to improve the planning, management and monitoring and evaluation of its projects and initiatives in favor of inclusive development in Benin.

The volunteer will have to carry out the following activities:
Identify the needs of UFeC in terms of monitoring and evaluation of projects
Set up a system for monitoring and evaluating the results and impacts of the NGO at the level of its target groups
Support UFeC in the use of the monitoring and evaluation system
Support and train UFeC staff in different aspects of project management
Support UFeC in the development of concept note and project proposal

Essential academic skills:
Degree in statistics, demography, program evaluation or project management or any other relevant field (university level)

Experience / Essential Professional Skills:
At least three years of work experience in project / program monitoring and evaluation
Experience in project development and management
Ability to work with few resources and as a member of a team

Cuso International's terms and conditions allow you to lead a modest and healthy lifestyle while being effective in your assignment. Fund raising

We ask each volunteer, regardless of the length of the assignment, to raise $2,000. All volunteers will have the support of Cuso International to achieve this goal. If a volunteer chooses not to fundraise or is unable to meet the fundraising goal, they will be able to make a one-time donation or become a monthly donor to support our work.
