The Volunteer’s Role

Working in Batahola as a volunteer you will find an inclusive environment, where people interact and learn from each other; we can say that this is a constant learning environment. As you can see, Batahola has a variety of projects and activities; and the challenge for the organization is to be able to monitor the actions, products, results, and impact. As the Organizational Development Advisor, you will support the organization in developing a monitoring system than can be applied to all the different programs and projects that they run. You will also have the opportunity to systematize and document success case studies from beneficiaries in the last decades. As a volunteer, you will:

- Support CCBN on the revision of the monitoring system for programmatic actions and actions

- Support on the evaluation of projects of CCBN

Essential Academic Qualifications:

- Degree in Social Science, international development, or other combinaison of relevant experience or studies

Essential Professional Background:

- Experience in monitoring and evaluation of social projects.
