Mettez à profit vos compétences créatives en tant que web designer et graphiste qualifié et expérimenté pour donner vie à des conceptions visuellement étonnantes et innovantes, afin d’améliorer la visibilité de notre partenaire CVERI-UAC au Bénin. Grâce à votre expertise en matière de développement web et de conception graphique, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en convertissant des idées en expériences numériques captivantes par le biais de la création et de la conception d’un site web et en développant, en mettant en œuvre et en contrôlant un plan média.

Faites appel à votre créativité pour fournir des solutions de conception exceptionnelles qui laisseront une impression puissante et durable.

La personne sélectionnée devra mener les activités suivantes :

Créer un site web fonctionnel et concevoir des graphiques pour le contenu, selon les besoins.
Améliorer la visibilité de CVERI-UAC par le développement d’une stratégie média
Assurer la conformité avec les lignes directrices existantes en matière de médias numériques
Développer et mettre en page le magazine semestriel du centre
Compétences académiques essentielles:

Expertise dans la conception de matériel promotionnel dans un langage et un style appropriés
Sens aigu de la créativité et de l’originalité
Capacité à gérer et à travailler efficacement sur plusieurs projets simultanément dans le respect de délais serrés.
Une expérience préalable en Afrique subsaharienne est un atout.

Projet – SHARE (partage du savoir-faire canadien pour le développement inclusif et l’égalité des genres)

Cuso International réalisera le projet SHARE (partage du savoir-faire canadien pour le développement inclusif et l’égalité des genres), avec la contribution d’Affaires mondiales Canada (AMC) sur une période de sept ans. CVERI-UAC est une structure de l’Université d’Abomey-Calavi qui intervient sur toute l’étendue du territoire béninois. Il a pour mission de doter non seulement le Bénin, mais aussi les pays de la sous-région et du monde des jeunes de type nouveau, des citoyens engagés, laborieux, dévoués, intègres et empreints de valeurs et aptitudes favorisant le développement en leur offrant une formation professionnelle pratique solide fondée sur le volontariat pour l’entreprenariat.

Rôle du coopérant-volontaire
La vision générale de Carrefour Jeunesse Afrique est de diminuer substantiellement les inégalités des chances et d’accroitre la capacité d’épanouissement des enfants surtout les filles, d’émancipation des adolescents et jeunes. Les quatre piliers développés par l’ONG-CJA contribuent à l’atteinte de la vision qui est de faire de Carrefour Jeunesse Afrique à Comè un service d’aide à la jeunesse en œuvrant à ces cibles des activités et des informations leur permettant de développer leur plein potentiel et de pouvoir se développer dans un environnement favorable.

Le/la cooperant(e)-volontaire devra mener les activités suivantes :

Identifier les besoins de soutien de CJA en matière de gestion de projets
Développer des outils de gestion de projet/ suivi évaluation pour CJA
Accompagner CJA dans l’utilisation de ces outils pour une bonne appropriation
Mettre en place un système de suivi-évaluation des résultats et impacts de l’ONG
Appuyer CJA dans l’élaboration de note conceptuelle et de propositions pour répondre aux appels à projet
Compétences académiques essentielles :

Carrefour Jeunesse Afrique est une organisation non gouvernementale, Créée en 2011 ayant reçu sa reconnaissance officielle en 2021. Elle est un centre socio-éducatif d’aide à l’enfance et à la jeunesse et a pour objectif l’amélioration des conditions de vie sociales et économiques des couches les plus vulnérables, l’égalité des sexes, la protection des droits de l’enfant surtout des filles.

L’échange interculturel, l’implication communautaire, les ateliers éducatifs parascolaires, la formation professionnelle, orientation, l’accompagnement psycho-social, le droit des filles, la santé sexuelle et reproductive et la citoyenneté sont les axes d’intervention de l’organisation.

The Volunteer’s Role
Funded by Global Affairs Canada, SHARE project is delivered in 3 strategic regions of Tanzania – Mtwara/Lindi, Iringa/Njombe, and Mwanza/Shinyanga – through the supervision of a field manager and full project team based in Dar es Salaam. SHARE implements its deliverables through the collaboration with 2 NGO organizations, the Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (TCCIA) and the Tanzania Women Chamber of Commerce (TWCC), as well as one 1 government body, Small Industries Development Organization (SIDO) and one commercial financial consulting company (EMMAC). International volunteers with various skill sets play an essential role in collaborating with the SHARE project team to address the challenges SMEs face.

The aim of the Communications & Marketing Advisor role is to capture the various success stories the SHARE project has fostered. By using your creative writing skills, you will conduct informal interviews with project partners and beneficiaries to draft various written articles, to be shared with potential donors and local media outlets. Moreover, you will be asked to apply your communications skills by developing a marketing strategy to support the sustainability of your inputs. This will entail a scan of local media outlets including radio, newspaper, and social media to communicate SHARE project work to a wider audience. By working with other international and national volunteers, there will also be opportunities to collaborate and contribute to workshop content and various site visits.

You will be well supported by the Iringa project partners, all eager to collaborate with you to improve the local growth of SMEs through your knowledge and input.

As a volunteer, you will:

Evaluate external communications strategies currently in place.
Develop a communications & marketing plan based on perceived gaps.
Conduct informal interviews and/or focus groups with project partners, international and national volunteers, and local SMEs.

Collaborate with international and national volunteers in delivery learning workshops to TCCIA, TWCC, and SIDO.
Support social media posts by working with T-LED Communications Officer.
Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or another relevant field
Essential Background:

2 – 3 years’ work experience in a communications or marketing position

SIDO was founded in October 1973 as a government-owned organization under the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Marketing. It aimed to foster the growth of the small industry sector in Tanzania. SIDO’s responsibilities included policy formulation, direct assistance to industries, and establishment of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Notable initiatives included the establishment of Industrial Estates, Technology Development Centers, and direct marketing efforts.

As the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor, you will be required to apply your demonstrated and extensive organizational skills in developing, integrating, coordinating, aligning a strategic plan that uses time and resources effectively and efficiently, in support of the SHARE project in Iringa, Tanzania.

You will be well supported by the Iringa project partners, all eager to collaborate with you to improve the local growth of SMEs through your knowledge and input

As a volunteer, you will:

Develop M&E plans, assisted with other staff, you will be required to create and develop comprehensive M&E plans of the SIDO TLED HUB
Create and develop data collection tools as well as develop a database of SMEs
Regularly review data collection processes, perform data quality assessments, and make adjustments as needed
Provide capacity building to SIDO & BSBI staff on Monitoring and evaluation
Conduct regular visits to field sites to provide assistance and ensure proper monitoring of SIDO supported beneficiaries
Collaborate with government stakeholders and local partners and build their capacity to carry out monitoring and evaluation activities
Produce high quality and timely MEAL reports for SIDO Iringa, and BSBI, including documentation of successes, data analysis for indicator aggregation and reporting, summary of qualitative results, etc
Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (Advanced degree preferred) in International Development, statistics, public policy, demographics, Monitoring and evaluation or related field required.
Essential Background:

At least 4 years work experience in an M&E position
2 – 3 years’ work experience in project management, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in women and youth empowerment projects
Facilitation and training skills; experience in development and delivering workshops
Skilled in MS office
Experience in project management delivery

SIDO was founded in October 1973 as a government-owned organization under the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Marketing. It aimed to foster the growth of the small industry sector in Tanzania. SIDO’s responsibilities included policy formulation, direct assistance to industries, and establishment of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Notable initiatives included the establishment of Industrial Estates, Technology Development Centers, and direct marketing efforts.
