Brief Description:

Our partner, Fundación Vida is looking for a volunteer to strenghten the capacities of entrepreneurial and productive groups that are part of the direct beneficiaries of the organization. Your position as the Entrepreneurship Advisor will bring you to work with groups in the municipalities of Caridad in the department of Valle and Lauterique with periodical visits to Aguantequerique in the department of La Paz.

Specific objectives for this placement include:

- Develop a mapping of entrepreneurship and productive groups to be supported

- Develop a diagnostic of the administrative structures and internal controls of the entrepreneurial and productive groups

- Design an action plan for strengthening the administrative capacities of the beneficiaries

-Design a train the trainer model aimed to share knowledge with other producers of the area

- Coordinate field actions with other actors working in the area

-Review the tools used by Fundación Vida in order to make them more efficient.
