As the Strategic Planning Advisor with RefuSHE you will support the organization to develop a new strategic plan and phase out from the current strategy. You will assist in designing refugee serving interventions that seek to nurture economic opportunities, life skills and dismantle barriers to refugee economic security. You will also provide guidance on how to implement the strategic plan, create ownership and secure long term funding. You will contribute to shaping an organizational culture that promotes innovative programming and integrated safeguarding principles.
