As the Strategic Plan Development and Implementation Advisor with the COBURWAS International Youth Organization to Transform Africa (CIYOTA) in Uganda, you will support strategic and operational planning work to ensure that CIYOTA’s mission and objectives are met. You will contribute actively to the strategic thinking and planning process to formulate and implement the strategic plan, evaluate progress and make adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives. You will prepare research papers and reports, and will interact with officers at all levels within the CIYOTA office.
