Are you enthusiastic about supporting and expanding a network of volunteer advocates across Canada who are committed to action and advocacy in pursuit of a world without poverty? Are you passionate about working with volunteers – interested in what motivates them, why they act, and how to communicate with them? Are you committed to community organizing and supporting people’s ability to make change happen?

Whether it’s writing letters to the editor (LTEs), using social media, or engaging with parliamentarians, our passionate volunteers generate the political will needed to positively impact people living in extreme poverty globally.

Results Canada is seeking a Public Engagement Officer (term position) to support our volunteers and our mission to generate the political will to end poverty. Reporting to our Public Engagement Manager, you will support our network of volunteers, through direct liaison, communications, training, tracking, and community building. You will also support efforts to expand our volunteer base.
