About the Opportunity
As the PMCL, you’ll work closely with your TC colleagues to support a burgeoning community of cleft professionals —ensuring they have the tools, opportunities, and support to learn from one another across the globe. Central to this role will be driving meaningful engagement with Circle, our digital gathering place for collaboration, learning, and innovation.
This role blends creativity, people-centered facilitation, and strong project management. It’s ideal for someone who moves comfortably between strategy and execution, who listens deeply, and who finds joy in collaboration, both within our Toronto office and with colleagues around the world. Fluency in French would be an important asset in this role.
