Are you passionate about improving livelihoods and empowerment of women in Malawi? Do you have skills in improving Monitoring and Evaluation systems and performance measurement framework to share?
As the Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for Tea Association of Malawi (TAML) in Blantyre, Malawi, you will assist the tea sector by volunteering with TAML, its member estates, and the gender advisor to revise and improve their monitoring and evaluation system plans for gender equality efforts. Also, to improve the organization's ability to measure and communicate its impact on social inclusion.
