Brief Description:
As the Human Resource Advisor with the Youth Social Advocacy Team (YSAT), you will support the organization to review, improve and implement the YSAT human resource strategy. In this role, you will conduct an audit of the existing human resources system and policies, and make recommendations on strengthening organizational systems to enhance staff recruitment, growth, retention, and transition.
