Brief Description:
The Gender Equality Advisor supports the local partner, the Malawi Federation of Cooperatives (MAFECO), in establishing/updating their gender equality strategy. The volunteer takes a leading role in training the program team (staff and volunteers) and stakeholders on gender related topics, which is then introduced to the program’s targeted co-operatives/communities.
