Brief Description:

The Communications Specialist will provide critical support to Transforming Faces’ (TF) communications and program teams, working towards our mission to partner locally and innovate globally so that children and families in under-resourced communities access comprehensive cleft lip and palate care. Under the mentorship of the Communications & Engagement Manager and Program Manager of Global Initiatives, the Communications Specialist will contribute to multimedia projects focused on public engagement and education, supporter & donor communications, and programmatic resources.

This is a 10-week contract position funded by the Canada Summer Jobs program. Candidates must be under the age of 30 at the start of employment, and a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or under refugee protection to apply.

When: 4 days/week @ 7.5hrs (30 hrs/week @ $19/hour)
Duration: 10-week contract
Hybrid 3 days per week in-office and 1-day remote work
