Brief Description:
As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you are responsible for driving and supporting the development of opportunities, proposals and concepts for institutional and government funding in CFTC partner countries that results in securing or surpassing revenue goals. As a member of the Programs Team reporting to the VP of Programs, you will work collaboratively with Country Office (CO) staff, technical staff at Head Office (HO), peer organizations in Canada and abroad, and implementing partners in-country to ensure exemplary programming that represents best practices and delivers maximum impact for children, their families and communities.
