The goal of this workshop is to enable civil society organizations to improve the effectiveness and impact of your development initiatives by implementing a human rights-based approach (HRBA).

Why it is important to address human rights in our development work

Elements of a human rights-based approach

Developing your action plan
By the end of the workshop participants should be able to better integrate the elements of HRBA into your organizations’ projects and programs, and to share knowledge with peers and partners on how to integrate HRBA in their work.
