Art therapy is a therapeutic practice that uses the creative process to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and self-discovery. The focus is not on artistic talent or creating a perfect piece of art, but on the experience of making art and the benefits that come from creative expression.
This event offers a welcoming space for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and artistic abilities. Whether you are looking for a creative outlet, an opportunity to connect with others, or a chance to learn more about the benefits of art therapy, you are invited to participate.
Come as you are, explore your creativity, and experience the power of art as a tool for wellness, connection, and positive change. Everyone is welcome.
