We seek a motivated and experienced Co-operative Development Specialist to join our team. As a Co-operative Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to individuals, groups, and organizations interested in establishing, growing, or enhancing cooperative enterprises. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess needs, develop strategies, and facilitate the establishment and sustainability of cooperatives across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cooperative principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for fostering community-driven economic development.
