As the Human Resources Advisor at the COBURWAS International Youth Organization to Transform Africa (CIYOTA), your role involves supporting the organization in reviewing, improving, and implementing the CIYOTA human resources strategy. You will conduct an audit of the current human resources system and policies, making recommendations to strengthen organizational systems for enhanced staff recruitment, growth, retention, and transition.
