Brief Description:

Good Neighbors Canada is seeking a dedicated volunteer with a keen eye for detail, to support with the onboarding of some new donors to its Child Sponsorship Program!

At Good Neighbors, we support children living in poverty around the world. We are currently coordinating a series of concerts to inspire new donors to join our sponsorship program to be matched to a child and donate monthly to their health, education and wellbeing. Once onboarded, our new sponsors are set to receive communications regarding their matched child, who they will then hear from on an ongoing basis to see how they are growing and progressing thanks to their sponsor's support - and that's where you come in!

Join us on Thursday and Friday, August 3rd-4th, to support us in engaging and inspiring our new donors. Sort sponsored children's files, learn about their family situation and the reasons behind their need for support, and create beautiful welcome packs that our donors will receive and treasure.

Person specification:
- Available to work voluntarily between the hours of 9am-4.30pm, Thursday August 3rd and/or Friday August 4th, at our office location.
- Computer proficient with experience in design tools such as Canva or more advanced.
- Able to provide their own laptop/tablet device to work on for the project.
- Passionate about poverty alleviation, equal access to healthcare and education, and community development a bonus!

Possibility of future opportunities to engage with the child sponsorship program for the right person.
