Brief Description:
Cuso International Colombia is looking for a volunteer to conduct research and analysis that can explain how psychosocial well-being or lack thereof can have a great impact in a person having sustainable employment.
As a volunteer, you will provide basis data and research as well as follow-up through interviews, reviewing of procedures, recommendations and other tools to implement in their support programs to the population most affected by the armed conflict in Colombia. Your work will be crucial in understanding the relationship between psychosocial well-being and employability, thus strengthening the partner organization in addressing these gaps to achieve professional adaptation and continuity in the Colombian labor market.
You’ll work jointly with other volunteers doing similar work in other partner organizations to find cohesiveness in the research and together, make a greater impact in the communities affected by the armed conflict. You’ll provide advice as well as strengthen tools, trainings and general procedures to the partner organization that fit into the overall framework in the psychosocial sector in Colombia.
We are recruiting for 4 volunteers for this placement the cities of Medellín, Cartagena, Barranquilla and Bogotá.
