Join this interactive 3-part workshop series with fellow ENGO leadership to gain an approach to planning that considers where you are now, where you should be going, and how to get there.
Don’t miss this opportunity to begin to think about your own organization’s situation and collaborate with peers about the changes in the world around us, the opportunities and constraints it presents, and what guides your decisions. Then consider what?s next and how to do it. We’re stronger together. Join us!
These workshops are designed for senior nonprofit leaders who influence or lead the development and implementation of organizational strategies. Class size will be limited to 20 individuals to ensure a high level of interaction between participants and the instructor.
All sessions involve individual application, breakout group discussion, shared learning and network building.

– What strategies/programs/activities have we been undertaking?

– What operational changes might now be needed?
– Wrap up – takeaways and next steps.
