In this webinar Peter will review some case studies and share some simple tools to help you design a great volunteer program.

About Peter Gibbs
As co-director of Organize BC from 2015 to 2019, Peter Gibbs has had the opportunity to work with a broad range of progressive organizations and their campaigns to bring about positive change. Peter’s leadership in training, coaching and community building have had a significant impact on the organizational ecosystem in British Columbia. Organize BC has been recognized as a key player in organizational growth in Canada. In 2017 they were invited as teaching fellows to the Harvard Kennedy School.
