Global Affairs Canada is pleased to have Dr. Assefa Bequele, Founder and Executive Director of the African Child Policy Forum (ACPF) visiting the Department February 8.
Dr. Bequele will be addressing various aspects of child rights in Africa including:
• Advancing state accountability and monitoring the child-friendliness of African governments;
• Combating crimes and extreme forms of violence against children
• Delivering justice to children; and
• Enhancing the voices of children and youth.
