Lindsay Sheridan is the Manager of Advocacy at Results Canada, where she leads the Advocacy Accelerator, a branch of the organization that works with organizations, youth groups, coalitions, boards, associations, and grassroots leaders across the non‑profit sector to strengthen advocacy capacity and strategy through practical, skills‑based training. Lindsay has close to a decade of experience advocating on successful campaigns advancing impact across global health equity, access to quality education, and economic inclusion, and previously served as Co‑Chair of the Canadian International Education Policy Working Group for 3 years.

Lindsay holds a Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo, where her research examined peacebuilding as a tool for strengthening community, exploring both international approaches in sub‑Saharan Africa and domestic practices to support settler‑Indigenous relationship‑building. Following her studies, she worked on Parliament Hill as a legislative assistant, supporting a Member of Parliament in her role as Critic for International Human Rights and Vice‑Chair of the Subcommittee on International Human Rights. Prior to joining Results Canada, Lindsay supported youth engagement and stakeholder relations at the Bruyère Research Institute in Ottawa.
